The BAPE x adidas Superstar “Green Camo” marks an eye-catching collaboration between the Japanese streetwear brand and adidas, bringing a fresh perspective to the iconic low-top shoe. Since their partnership began in 2003, BAPE and adidas have consistently merged BAPE's distinctive street aesthetic with the classic silhouettes of adidas. The "Green Camo" edition of the Superstar continues this tradition.
In this iteration, elements of BAPE's Bapesta model are skillfully blended with adidas's Superstar 80s silhouette, resulting in a retro-inspired look. The foundation of BAPE's iconic First Camo print sets the stage. A striking contrast is created with a white leather Three Stripes logo on the lateral side of the left shoe, while the Bapesta's "Sta" in white leather graces the lateral side of the right shoe. Both adidas and A Bathing Ape branding, featured in gold foil, adorn the left and right shoes respectively.
The left shoe exclusively showcases adidas logos and branding, including embroidered adidas detailing on the back, while the right shoe is entirely BAPE-themed, featuring "Bape Sta" embroidery. Adding a touch of luxury, a gold BAPE lace dubrae is integrated into the laces on both feet.
